LEGAL BASIS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY

1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION

The company CoastBcn Brand S.L. with address at Calle Tiziano, 48 and identified with the number b16783698 organizes a giveaway for a 100 hoodies, 5 baloon experiences and one pair of Nike Dunk Low Coast, to be developed through the Internet, for users around the world in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section.

The purpose of this giveaway is to reward the loyalty of the followers of the brand.

2.-DATE OF START AND DATE OF COMPLETION

The Promotion will begin on February 16, 2022 at 21.00 p.m, and ends on February 18 at 11.59 p.m.

3.- REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements will be the following:

– Residents may participate anywhere in the world and they must be over 18 years of age.

– Only those who are holders of an Instagram account can participate.

– Participants should comment on the publication of the brand on the Instagram social network by tagging 1 friends during the participation period.

– The Participants follow the Instagram account @coast.bcn until at least the resolution of the giveaway.

– Participants can write several comments in the same publication, but they have to tag 1 different friend in each.

- Participants MUST repost the post of the giveaway on their instastories.

- Winners will be emailed, so it is required that you leave your email in the application form provided by our brand.

 

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

The winner will be chosen through the Easypromos platform at random, and we will email that person. The winners will be announced throughout the duration of the giveaway. The prize can’t be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration.

The celebration of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize are subject to the current tax regulations.

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it becomes evident that any of the Participants does not meet the requirements of the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will automatically be excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights over the prizes granted under the this Promotion.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Nor will comments be allowed against a private party that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and to one’s own image. We are not responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the Participants in the Promotion, and at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other Participants.

The participation in the present Promotion, as well as the publication of the comments made by the Participants in the publications, may not under any circumstances infringe the Instagram Community Rules or the Instagram Terms of Use.

7.-DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limiting, we are not responsible for any losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant regarding the prize. that you obtain from this Promotion.

We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could impede the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations, each participant with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that their personal data be incorporated into a file, ownership thereof, in order to manage the draw, as well as disseminate and publicize their results, and process the delivery of the prize.

We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Suppression, Opposition, Limitation of treatment, Portability, forgetting and not being the subject of automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to hola@coastbikinis.com attaching a copy of a identification document.

9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not prejudice or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.

The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which the same is developed.

10.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants shall be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or fulfillment of these bases.
